Index writes a one-line header for each new-correlator spectrum
with the given yyddd. This will run from a GAUSS or FOURIER command line.
The user will see an output list on the screen unless he/she wishes to send the output
to a file or the printer.

The output list includes the directory path of the data and the last spectra number of the day.

The header output lists:

File...........Spectra file name in the form s.cyydddnnnn (where c =channel 1 or 2)
Project.....User Project name
Source......Source name
Tsys.........System Temperature of the spectral run
El..............Elevation of scan
UT............Universal Time of scan Start
Freq..........Observing Line Rest Frequency
BandW......Bandwidth of the Observation
